Apple Wood Vessel X is a one-of-a-kind sculptural vessel, hand-turned by Alexei Sawyer. Its rounded, open form is interrupted by deep dips and rising sections along the natural-edge rim, with pale grain contrasting against darker, textured edges.
Display it on its own to enjoy the changing outline and the timber’s individual markings from every side.

About Alexei Sawyer
Alexei creates sculptural wooden vessels guided by the timber’s natural character. His approach embraces irregularity through the philosophy of wabi-sabi, using locally sourced wood and natural, non-toxic finishes without petrochemical resins or plastics.
